1. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in connection with all shipments is limited to $100.00 per package. This limitation applies to all forms of loss or damage, unless a higher value is declared in advance.

2. Declared Value & Additional Coverage

Shippers may opt to declare a higher value for their goods at the time of placing the order. Declaring a higher value requires the payment of an additional charge. If no additional value is declared and paid for, the standard $100.00 limitation applies.

3. Payment Terms

All invoices are Due Upon Receipt. We appreciate your prompt payment to maintain active service status.
